• You will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket after purchase. • Door opens at 7:30PM. • Ensure that you bring the hard copy of your ticket purchase to present at the door OR e-Ticket contained in original email.

• This site accepts VISA & MASTERCARD Debit and Credit Cards only. For card transactions kindly ensure that the card used is enabled for online and international transactions. • In the occurrence that your card is declined or not supported kindly contact the issuing bank to allow the transaction. Kindly state it is for Mendamrasso and/or UberTickets. • Alternative method of payment is via FPX and GRABPAY only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS • Each ticket admits one person only. • Only fully vaccinated individuals allowed enter the event. • This event is strictly valid for age of 12 and above only. • Ticket holders will need to redeem their wristbands to gain entry to the event. • Wristbands must be always worn all the time and those found without wristbands will be asked to leave. • We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice. In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance. • No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation or postponement. • Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. • You will need to produce the following at the wristband redemption / registration counter in order to redeem your wristband(s):- 1. The e-ticket(s) in print or digital form 2. A copy of your valid photo ID
